A System of Creation versus a System of Destruction

The previous article, War against Peace

The more I research the more obvious it is that the Cabal attacks any actions that would bring prosperity, sovereignty, and peace between countries.
Their henchmen in mainly Britain, France, and the US have been imperialists for centuries.
I titled the last part “War against Peace” – and showed a lot of war, overt, covert, financial, etc.
In this part, I’ll show more about Peace initiatives.

In the last part, we saw how Arafat and Rabin agreed to make peace between Palestine and Israel, and how the powers that be didn’t respect that agreement – and even assassinated both of these men.

One reason for this is, that if countries cooperated and traded fairly with each other in the currency they wanted to use, the Petrodollar would be finished. The US would have to return to only printing money, backed with gold. Video about the Petrodollar here.

The Central Banks and IMF (International Monetary Fond) that lend money to third-world countries kept them in debt and poverty. They even decide what they could grow. The result has been starvation and lack of fresh water in several countries.

In this part, I’ll show you something about the Belt and Road Initiative. But before we get into that I ask you to look at China’s initiatives with an open mind.
Most of you have probably realized that ‘Russia All Bad’ – which the Cabal has claimed for decades - is Gaslighting. I assume most of you have realized that ‘Muslims All Bad’ is also Cabal Propaganda.

I’m not saying Russia or Muslims are all good. Just to be clear.
But the Cabal introduced Communism in Russia – and then created Communism as the Boogeyman.  As we have seen in previous parts, they conducted Gladio Operations in lots of countries under the disguise that the Soviets wanted to spread Communism around the world.
When Gladio was revealed in 1990 they changed the boogey to ‘Muslims’. The next step was 9/11 – which they used to bomb a lot of Arab countries back to the Stone Age.

The disastrous foreign policy of namely Britain and the United States in the ‘War on Terror’ Crusade has been exposed multiple times. That is to say, that those very governments who have been shouting the loudest against Islamic extremism and for stability in the Middle East, are the very ones who have been weaponizing, training and funding such terrorist groupings. The Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, ISIS (and all its viral variants) would not exist today if it were not for namely Britain’s age-old strategy.

We looked at Soros in Part 19, how he financed schools to radicalize Arabs from these bombed countries - whereupon Soros-linked NGOs demanded that the EU accept 540.000 migrants from “poor countries” that year.  
The EU obeyed – and ‘Muslims’ were sent to Europe to destroy cultures.
Year after years …

Divide and Conquer, once again.

At the 2020 Davos Summit, Soros stated that China has become the greatest threat to his vision for Open Society - right behind Trump’s USA.

It is clear that the declared “enemy” in this “War on Terror,” is not what we were led to believe, and increasingly, it is beginning to look like the enemy may in fact be, anyone who resists this global agenda.

Those same Cabal puppets in governments and media behind ‘Russia All Bad’ and ‘Musllims All Bad’ have for the last ten years painted China as ‘All Bad’.

So let’s look at some of the Gaslighting before we look at the Belt and Road Initiative.

The claims of Chinese Police Stations in the US, Canada, and 108 other countries came from two sources:
Safeguard Defenders and Patrol and Persuade - and we find the Swedish Right Wing Activist Peter Dahlin behind both.

As Matt shows, it turns out that the Safeguard Defenders is the source for all the media's claims of Chinese Police Stations. And no evidence has been presented to back the allegations.

Who is our Enemy – Russia, China … or Something Else?

It is the same structure which has been caught managing the regime change in the USA since 2016 with its assets cooking up dodgy dossiers accusing Russia of putting their puppet into the White House, to orchestrating mass vote fraud in the elections of 2020. Wuhan Lab Leak – Fact or Fiction?

Sir Richard Dearlove was the first proponent of the Wuhan Lab Leak hypothesis. What do we know about him? He is former MI6, so it’s safe to guess that he knew about Pentagon Biolaboratories around the world. He also knows about misdirection.

Dearlove was after all in charge of the “yellowcake” dodgy dossier that launched an Iraq war, he knew of the fallacious reports of nerve gases used by the governments of Libya and Syria sponsored by MI6, had even overseen major components of Russiagate that drove a color revolutionary process in the USA.

Despite the alarm bells he raised, nobody ever handed over empirical evidence of the Wuhan leak theory.

After Rand Paul’s allegations against Fauci, for funding the Wuhan Lab via EcoHealth Alliance, the Wuhan Fire was ablaze again.
Robert Redfield added fuel to the fire when he asserted his support for the Wuhan Leak Theory. Both mainstream and alternative media across the Western World – representing both the left and the right – jumped on board, blaming China. 

Whenever I see both left and right agree with Mainstream Media I get suspicious. So I think Matt Ehret is asking an important question in the above linked article.

But again, I must ask: In a world of misdirection, psychological warfare and perception management, do the clues that we are being given force us to conclude that the Chinese government is behind the global pandemic or is another culprit likely to be found?

I didn’t buy into the Wuhan theory.
I trust Judy Mikovits so I was aware from the Spring of 2020 that it came from a bio-lab and the ‘bat-theory’ was gaslighting.
In the Plandemic documentary, it was made clear that the Corona research started in North Carolina Chapel Hill and American Cabal Puppets had more than a hundred patents.
When the US government in 2014 wasn’t comfortable with Corona research anymore, David E Martin in Plandemic showed documentation that the Corona research was sent to Wuhan, financed by EcoHealth Alliance - who had Gates and Fauci as shareholders. Since those two disgusting men were involved, it was easy to buy into the ‘China Virus’ theory.
BUT:
Is a private, foreign-funded laboratory in China the same as ‘China is behind it’?
Not to me.
Does the fact that the ‘research’ started in America make it an ‘America Virus’?
Not to me.

AND:
This is one of the first things I researched in 2020. I couldn’t see Xi Jinping in league with Bill Gates.
What I found was the 13 bloodlines – and it was easy to see Gates having the same ideology as them, satanism and eugenic ideology.
But Xi Jinping?
Nope.

What I found was, that one of 13 bloodlines is Li – and I found a lot of Li information that made sense – and had nothing to do with Xi Jinping or China. To me, the Li line looks like the ‘Cabal in China’. I’ll probably write about this in a future article.

In January 2021, two Bannon-Guo controlled think tanks named The Rule of Law Society and Rule of Law Foundation financed the report conducted by Hong Kong based researcher Dr Li Meng Yan painting China as the agency which unleashed covid-19 onto the world.

I’m not on board with Xi Jinping being a Cabal puppet – so why on Earth should he hit China’s economy, population, and reputation so hard?   

And as always the important question is: Who wants to reduce the World Population and take financial control?

I heard a Gates TED talk about overpopulation and ‘we’ have to reduce the number by at least 10 percent – which ‘we’ can do with a vaccine.

Then I saw Event 201 – which he had arranged …
And I therefore wholeheartedly agree with this statement by Matt Ehret.

The driving force behind such bioweapon war game exercises such as the June 2001 Operation Dark Winter, the May 2010 Rockefeller Foundation report featuring Operation Lock Step, and the 2019 World Economic Forum/Gates Foundation/CIA Event 201 pandemic exercises indicate that China is not the causal nexus.

The Division of the World Into Producers and Consumers

I have previously written about Henry Kissinger and his NSSM-200 report from 1974 - ‘Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.’
Kissinger targeted 13 Nations – plus China.

Let’s look at some quotes from the report.

If future numbers are to be kept within reasonable bounds, it is urgent that measures to reduce fertility be started and made effective in the 1970s and 1980s
[…]
[Financial] assistance will be given to other countries, considering such factors as population growth
[…]
Allocation of scarce resources should take account of what steps a country is taking in population control
[…]
There is an alternative view that mandatory programs may be needed
[…]
Assistance for population moderation should give emphasis to the largest and fastest growing developing countries where there is a special US and strategic interest.

What Kissinger created was a division of the world into Producers and Consumers – or we could also name it Masters and Slaves. The old idea that our nature was creative and that our wealth was tied to producing, was assumed to be an obsolete thing of the past.
We see the result of this disastrous policy in the US today.

In place of full spectrum economies that once saw over 40% of North America’s labor force employed in manufacturing, a new addiction to “buying cheap stuff” began.

Kissinger is the one who created the ‘Third World’ narrative. The US and the West were the ‘First World’ – the Consumers.
He ‘offered’ China to be the ‘Second World’. In other words, he ‘offered’ them to be the Producers.
Third World were the ones with resources in the ground – like oil, gold, etc.
And they were the ones that became the Slaves.

The other darker skinned parts of the world would be even more worse off, having neither the means of production, nor consumption while remaining in constant states of famine, war and backwardness. These dark age zones would be largely made up of Sub-Saharan Africa and would find their resource-rich lands exploited by the corporate middlemen and financiers trying to run the world order above the “obsolete order” of nation-states.

The ’Third World’ leaders who resisted this edict would face assassination or another kind of Gladio/CIA overthrow.
The leaders who adapted to the new rules became Cabal Puppets.

By the time Deng Xiaoping announced the “opening up” of China in 1978, Kissinger had already managed the economic paradigm shift of 1971, the artificial “oil shock therapy” of 1973 and authored his 1974 NSSM 200 Report which transformed U.S. Foreign Policy from a pro-development orientation towards a new policy of depopulation targeting the poor nations of the global south under the logic that the resources under their soil were the lawful possession of the USA.

And here comes a Kissinger monstrocity:

China itself was only permitted to acquire western tech needed to start climbing out of abject poverty on the condition that they obeyed the Rockefeller-World Bank demands that one child policy programs were imposed to curb population growth.

The ‘one child policy’ is a point that I have condemned China for. And here we see that it came from Kissinger and Rockefeller.
It’s still a terrible policy and they could have said no.

In 2015 China lifted this ‘policy’ from one to two children.
In 2023, all limits were eliminated.

China accepted Kissinger’s terms - but at least they had a longer, more patient approach to historical cycles than Kissinger had foreseen. They have now had 50 years of healing and during those years they have invested in industrialism.

Under this period of destabilization, wars, terrorism and easy money speculation, China and its Eurasian allies moved slower to rebuild the physical basis of their existence with the creation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, long term planning, and a slow but steady focus on real (vs speculative) economic activity. The fact that China was among the only nations of the world to keep national controls over their central bank and maintain Glass-Steagall bank separation were not lost on the enemies of humanity yearning for a bankers’ dictatorship.

When we look at China’s initiatives in the last decade we see a consistent desire to create stability, long-term development, and win-win cooperation with the international community… including the USA.

Let’s look at an example.

The Belt and Road Initiative

More than 2000 years ago the Silk Road linked China and Arab nations. Since Xi Jinping became president in 2012 he has worked on something similar, The Belt and Road Initiative.

While the west has been accelerating into a decaying path on every measurable level, China is quickly moving in an opposing trajectory via extending long-term investments and advanced tech development into its own society as well as to its neighbors through such comprehensive projects as the Belt and Road Initiative.

For hundreds of years, Eurasia and Africa were colonized by Western powers.
Many of them have finally gotten independence and these countries are now able to develop - thanks to China. The Belt and Road Initiative is providing opportunities for these countries to actually create infrastructure.
China is helping to build hospitals and schools as well as roads and ports.

The IMF dictated and set all kinds of rules, when they lent money to countries.
China does the opposite. They have designed alternatives to the World Bank and IMF, The New Development Bank – and the BRICS group of countries which I’ll probably write about in a future part.
China doesn’t impose its rules on the countries they help. Instead, they develop, and build infrastructure, trade together - and teach how to build.  

So, many countries are really happy about the Chinese approach.

What I see is a system of Creation versus a system of Destruction.

The paper also called for the acknowledgment of Palestine as a sovereign State based on the pre-1967 borders.

The West, of course, has been smearing the Belt and Road Initiative for years. They claim that Xi Jinping’s intentions are Imperialism and Debt Slavery.
Projection, once again.

Xi Jinping has made an alliance with Russia, Iran, and 140 other countries who have signed on to the Belt and Road Initiative which stretches from Central Asia, Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

Arab countries that have been enemies for decades are now cooperating.

The Belt and Road is much maligned in the Western press. But when you look into what they are creating it’s no wonder the Cabal has smeared China for the last ten years.

Let me repeat something I’ve stated again and again:
This is not about countries. This is the Cabal against the World Population, you and I.

Please don’t jump on the Band Wagons: Russia All Bad, China All Bad, Muslims All Bad.

The Cabal has infiltrated A LOT of countries!

Gates, Fauci, Daszak, Barik, and others behind the corona ‘research’ are all Americans. That doesn’t make it an American Virus – just as it isn’t a China Virus.

There has been Cabal Puppets in China and Russia as well as in the West. But they at least have done something to remove these people from power.

And they take initiatives to create some greater good in opposition to the great destruction the Cabal has done to the world, through their Cabal puppets in the West.
