Let's look at Libya, Syria - and the Petrodollar

It’s time to look at how money works to understand what came next.

In 1933, President Roosevelt replaced Gold domestically with Central Bank-created reserves. But gold remained the Reserve Currency internationally.
In 1944 the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the World Bank were created to unify this bank-created money system globally. IMF said that no paper money could have gold backing. In October 1973, OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) placed an oil embargo on the US and other countries that had supported Israel against the Arab States in the Yon Kippur war. This caused a global oil crisis.

The Bilderberg Group (established in 1954) held a meeting five months previously in Sweden. The Royal Dutch family and Rothschild are the largest shareholders in Royal Dutch Shell. The other participants were Rockefeller and his protégé Henry Kissinger, Secretary of State under Nixon. Baron Edmund de Rothschild was also at the meeting. He is vice president of Exxon, the director of British Petroleum, and the president of Royal Dutch Shell.
They met to plan a response to a monetary crisis that threatened the world dominance of the US dollar. France and Germany had begun demanding gold for their dollars.
They decided to use their control over the flow of oil.
According to MrTruthBomb, Kissinger engineered the Yom Kippur war – and thereby provoked OPEC’s response. They raised oil prices by 70 percent.

In a second move of the “operation,” Kissinger helped negotiate a deal with Saudi Arabia. He offered that the US military would protect their oilfields as well as supply them with weapons and protection from Israel. All Saudi Arabia should do was agree to denominate all their oil sales in US dollars.
Kissinger then had a meeting with Iran. They raised their price on oil which Kissinger accepted on the same conditions he had made with Saudi Arabia – all oil sales should be in US dollars.     

The gas price in the US increased 400 percent, and the Cabal benefitted from a massive flow of money into their Banks.

With the creation of this new system – the Petrodollar – the Cabal had reached a new level of control of the economy. Two years later, all countries in OPEC had made the same commitment. The world trade of oil was denominated in US dollars.

As we see, every time a country tries to drop the dollar and sell its oil in another currency – as Iraq, Syria, and Libya did - America is suddenly threatened with a “weapon of mass destruction.”
In 2000 Iraq started selling oil in euros and converted its ten billion reserve fund at the UN into euros. In 2003 Iraq was invaded by the US, and its oil was once again priced in dollars.
In 2006 Syria switched all of the state’s foreign currency transactions to euros.
In 2009 Gaddafi, Libya, proposed a gold-backed African currency, the Golden Dinar.

The real reason countries, such as Iraq, Libya, Syria, Iran, and Russia are perceived enemies of the US and have had a military or economic attack has to do with them leaving the Petrodollar system. The Deep State singles out these countries as the Petrodollar enables the US to stay afloat – despite being more than 30 trillion dollars in debt. The existence of the Petrodollar is one of the pillars of America’s might – because it allows the US to accumulate enormous debt without defaulting. US Petrodollar hegemony has enabled the US to run large current account deficits and to borrow and consume – while other countries have had to save and invest. It has allowed the US to dominate global energy markets. It has contributed to a rise in living standards in the US that would otherwise not have been possible. 

And as we know, Rothschild wants to establish Central Banks worldwide. They succeeded in Afghanistan and Iraq. Now it was Libya’s turn.

Remember general Clark’s list of countries that the US planned to attack? Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Sudan, and Iran.
Bush had “taken care” of Afghanistan and Iraq. When Obama became President in 2008, he continued those two wars – and prepared for war in Syria and Libya.

Libya had the highest standard of living in Africa. Under his 40-year leadership, Gaddafi built a free educational system for all, including scholarships for students to go to college abroad. He created free healthcare for all citizens. He established a national fund from oil revenues, saying the oil belonged to the people. At the time of his death, this fund held 150 Billion – and Libya had no debt.
Gaddafi was loved by his people.

He built the world’s most extensive irrigation system – “Man Made River” -  which brought Ice Age water from deep under the Sahara to 70% of the population.
It was totally destroyed when Obama, GB, and France bombed Libya in March 2011. They used uranium nuclear bombs, poisoning the water!
The bombing killed masses of people, destroyed cities – and left the most economically prosperous country in North Africa almost in ruins.

When the US invaded Libya in 2011, it wasn’t their first attack. As we saw with Iraq, they had interfered previously. Declassified records show that the American interventions in Libya between 1981 and 1986 were claimed to be a response to “a terrorist attack.”
The US government under Reagan had implemented a strategy “to fight terrorism” by focusing “on pre-emptive strikes against states deemed to be supporters of terrorism.” The strike on Libya in April 1986 was the first implementation of this strategy, and, furthermore, regime change had been attempted both before and after this strike – without luck.

The Cabal had trained and armed mercenaries and got them to attack the Gaddafi regime. No one said a word, no government reactions, no media coverage.
Then Ghaddafi responded to these attacks – and every MSM channel pretended to be outraged. “He is killing his own people.”
They created hysteria and outrage – and NATO was ready with a statement: “We have to go in and bomb Libyan cities like Tripoli, to protect the people from violence.”

They bomb the crap out of the place, slaughter masses of people, destroy cities, take what was the most economically successful country in North Africa and destroy it. The tribal wars that Gaddafi was actually keeping a handle on, are now constant civil wars in Libya. But, the outcome is those who were behind the invasion (which is indeed what it was) now control the oil and the semi-independent banking system.

Keep in mind what we know about one of their strategies: Problem, Reaction, Solution.
Their goal was to present war as a “Solution.” To achieve that goal, they had to present a “Problem” that would trigger an emotional “Reaction.”  
The Cabal knows they can’t use the same “Problem” every time they invade a country. They therefore invaded
Afghanistan, because of: “9/11.”
Iraq, because of: “weapons of mass destruction.”
Libya, because: “Gaddafi is killing his own people.”
Syria, because of: “A Civil war.”

In 2010 Gaddafi was interviewed by George Negus.

George Negus opens the interview with an opinion that Gaddafi has changed from “a dangerous person” - and asks why?
Gaddafi’s first answer is, “it is the world that has changed.” He talks about being a leader of a liberation movement and that the ones that don’t want that liberation have portrayed him that way. “My principles have not changed,” he says.
The interviewer makes another statement: Many have regarded you as a sponsor of terrorism – is that no longer the case?
“The West sees liberation movement as terrorist movements.”
He is asked about Osama bin Laden, and Gaddafi says: “They are a terrorist group, and we totally disagree with them. A freedom fighter has a land that is occupied – and he wants to liberate it. A terrorist is someone that wants to kill people.”
“What about al Qaeda?”
“They don’t have any justification for existence.”
Gaddafi wanted the violence to stop – and he even wanted the Israeli and the Palestinians to stop killing each other.

As I’ve said before: From my point of view, no one is All Good or All Bad. We all have grey tones - although it’s pretty darned close to All Bad when we look at the Illuminati and some of the Big Rats.
When I watch Gaddafi, I see more light than darkness. I see an open heart. Gaddafi did a lot of good for the Libyan citizens – and he had a lot of good intentions. I could probably find a lot of mistakes too. But my focus is trying to reveal the Big Picture of darkness – and he is not part of that.  

He makes a critical point in regards to the Taliban in Afghanistan. They should not have been fought. The Taliban are not terrorists, they are not al Qaeda, and they are not bin Laden. He points out that bin Laden and al Qaeda are Arabs – and the Taliban is Afghanistan’s – that want to rule their country religiously.

We can think about that what we want – but he is absolutely right that they are the legal leadership of Afghanistan and the US and NATO had no right to interfere with that.
But we, of course, know that the Cabal keeps their real intentions covert.  

Gaddafi knew, what the Cabal was up to and did what he could to counter their plans. He even knew about their “virus weapons” 12 years ago – when I, at least, had no clue.

Saif al-Arab Gaddafi, 29, was hosting a gathering of family and friends when three missiles struck his house just after 8 p.m., causing huge explosions that could be felt more than two miles away. The Libyan leader and his wife, Safiyah, were also there, government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim said, describing the attack as an assassination attempt.

They killed Gaddafi’s son and three grandchildren. Gaddafi had left the house before the missiles struck.
He was everything the Cabal hated: Loved by his people, a man with a vision. He looked out for his people. A man who wanted sovereignty for the Libyans. He was a true Patriot.  

Gaddafi was tortured and killed in October 2011 by mercenaries.  

After the torture and murder of Gaddafi, the very terrorists Gaddafi had warned the US about seized territory. For some non-Cabal people, reality hit home with the murder of the US Ambassador and the attack on the US embassy/CIA facility in Benghazi in September 2012.

We shall have a closer look at Neocons later but for now, let’s hear their “defense” when criticized: “The US does not seek to conquer and oppress, but rather to liberate and democratize.”

Goaded by the Cabal and the Neocons, a country that had been a buffer against terrorists was destroyed and became another haven for ISIS - as we saw in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Libya had been a country without a national debt, and the citizens were socially and economically much better off than people under similar regimes in the region.
That time was over when the US and NATO invaded.

Libya now has a Rothschild Bank.

Syria

President Bashar el-Assad won Syria’s Presidential election for the first time in 2000. They have 7-year terms – and he won every 7th year, four times. The third time was in 2014 when he won almost 90% of the votes.
They didn’t have a Central Bank. They owed no money to anybody. He gave his citizens free education for at least nine years. They are a mix of Christians and Muslims and have freedom of faith. They lived in peace with one another.

In 2009 the US talked with Assad about a pipeline going west. He replied that Syria had already made a deal with Russia and Iran. 
In 2013 Obama said that using chemical weapons is a red line. (Generally speaking). Shortly after Obama’s statement about Red Lines, there was a chemical attack that Obama accused President Assad of being behind.

In September 2013, the BBC used photos from August and altered the word “napalm” to “chemical weapons.” President – and DOCTOR - Assad invited international observers and scientists to come and inspect that this was a false claim. They came a few weeks after Assad was reelected in 2014 – and while they were present, there was a gas attack in Damascus which the US also accused Assad of being behind.
Right!?! After winning 88,9% of the votes, he attacked his own people? And he did it while observers were present? With cameras?

BBC interviewed “victims” and an alleged doctor. They filmed supposedly injured children and teenagers. “Dr. Rola,” who was responsible for the chemical weapon claim, turned out to be the daughter of Syrian rebel Mousa al-Kurdi.
A child later reported that they were caught, flushed with water – and something was sprayed into their eyes that made tears run. Then they were carried into a hospital – where western News Media stood ready to broadcast.

There are apparently no limits to how low some will sink in order to produce a false flag. The parallel between this and the Gulf War starting after the testimony of “Nurse Nayirah” – that we watched in Part 17 - is stunning.
Remember from Part 12, how former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov informed that Sun Tzu was the first to formulate the principles of subversion – you know, the 2500 years old Art of War strategist.
Principle of Subversion, point 4 states: DO NOT SHUN THE AID OF THE LOWEST AND MOST DESPICABLE INDIVIDUALS OF YOUR ENEMY’S COUNTRY.

“Dr. Rola” fits the category “low” and “despicable” perfectly – as did the Kuwaiti “Nurse Nayirah.”
As does BBC and the other MSM, hyping up the “chemical weapons” narrative.  

As did those mercenaries that attacked children!

ABC tried to hype up more outrage by claiming a bombing in Syria – But their false flag was exposed on Twitter.

The game is almost lost. The Russians have routed much of the Islamic State. You now have Islamic State coming into Europe disguised as refugees. That will destabilize Central Europe.

But then Putin showed up – invited by Assad. Russia became the only foreign military in Syria with the consent of the Syrian Government.

Do you remember the picture from the previous article of ISIS in a convoy of brand new Toyota’s?
The same happened in Syria – and it would have been so easy for the NATO forces to bomb this convoy, crossing the desert. Why didn’t that happen? It for sure looks like the terrorist groups, such as ISIS, is a political tool of the West to disrupt Syria and bring regime change.

In an interview with President Candidate Donald Trump on CNN, he criticized Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama – for how they have created a disaster in Iraq, Libya, and Syria.

“We are backing and spending billions and billions of dollars on backing rebels that we have no idea of who they are. A lot of people think they are ISIS – and I happen to think they are ISIS – but who knows? We are spending billions on getting Assad out, with people that we have no idea of who they are.”

He also said during his election campaign that we must stop delivering weapons to fighting groups in Syria – cause we do not know who they are. “Let’s stop intervening in sovereign countries and let’s fight terrorism with Russia,” he said.

In the spring of 2017, ISIS - the Cabal-mercenaries - made a chemical attack in northern Syria, and the US media demanded that newly elected President Trump should take aggressive action.

Trump bombed an airport, but according to Mr.TruthBomb, he warned Assad – or Putin. No airplanes were damaged, and the airport was operational again within a few days.
Putin has supported Syria’s fight against terrorism since 2015.

Putin and Trump had talks about Syrian sovereignty and bringing peace to Syria. After their talk President Trump said: “We are talking about bringing peace to Syria. We are talking very strongly about North Korea – and Ukraine.”

Let’s get back to Putin’s  address about Who runs ISIS and Why

At the UN in 2015, Putin suggested a coalition against terrorists. No such “luck.”
In Part 17, I transcribed part of this Putin speech about ISIS, about Obama arming them, about them being paid mercenaries. Let’s see what more Putin had to say.

They occupy the oilfields, wherever, in Iraq, in Syria. They start extracting the oil – and this oil is purchased by somebody. Where are the sanctions on the parties purchasing this oil?  Do you believe the US does not know who is buying it? Is it not their allies that are buying oil from ISIS? Do you think the US has the power to influence their allies? Or is the point that they indeed do not wish to influence them? Then why bomb ISIS? In areas where they started extracting oil and paying mercenaries more, in those areas, the rebels from “civilized” Syrian opposition forces immediately joined ISIS. Because they are paid more, I consider this absolutely unprofessional politics. It is not grounded on facts in the real world.
We must support civilized, democratic opposition in Syria. So you (to the American journalists) support them, arm them, and tomorrow they join ISIS. Can they not think a step ahead? We don’t stand for this kind of politics of the US. We consider it to be wrong. It harms all parties, including you (the US). When it comes to the consideration of our national interests, I would really like if people like you (US journalists) who posed the questions, would one day head your government. Maybe then we can somehow reverse the situation. If that doesn’t happen, I will at least ask you to deliver my messages to your government. To the President of the United States, to the vice-President, and all other relevant people. Tell them that we do not want, or look for, any confrontation whatsoever.
